You’re Probably Doing Better Than You Think
Mental Health Counseling for When Life Makes No Sense
If you don’t know why you’re feeling the way you are, you’re in the right place.
You might be feeling constantly sad, anxious, like you don’t fit in, and that none of your dating attempts are really working out the way you’d hoped. Focusing on anything might feel impossible and if you’re in school or at work, the increasing workload of life lately might have you feeling insane inside and like something is wrong with you becuase you can’t keep up.
You feel like you’re drowning and you don’t know why becuase you thought you could swim, but then the waves suddenly became too high and you’re barely making it up to the surface to breathe.
The good news is that this is exactly what mental health counseling is for.
Life is incredibly turbulent and unpredictable right now which is likely making your mental health challenges feel even worse and more burdensome.
Diagnosis or not, I promise that there’s nothing wrong with you.
My name is Tasha Domashovetz. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and have been in practice for 9 years now (which is weird because I could’ve sworn I was in college only yesterday). My main specialty is in Psychodynamic Therapy. It is highly relational and focuses on helping my clients build deep insight into what’s happening in their lives through analysis and internal exploration.
This creates a significant amount of relief and ability to make the changes we want. This therapeutic approach also fundamentally puts my clients in the driver’s seat and we’ll only cover topics you steer us towards when you are ready. So there’s no rush. Or we can speed along too. It’s totally your call. This is your story.
Also, you don’t have to cry if you don’t want to. That’s a big misconceptions about therapy, I promise. But you can cry too, if you want. That’s okay too.
The topics I specialize in are ADHD, Autism, Depression, Anxiety, Mood Disorders, Career Coaching/Advocacy, sports counseling, dating and relationships, friendship breakups, and trauma.
When you work with me, I will work very hard to make sure that you have an anchor within the storm inside.
I believe in you.
You are enough. We’ll figure this out together.
Insurances I accept: United Healthcare, Optum, Aetna, Cigna, Oscar, Oxford, Lucent Health Summit County Government Plan, Building Hope Scholarships, Mountain Strong EAP, and Olivia’s Fund. I also offer superbills to submit to insurance (which I will teach you how to use if needed).
